Are you a hard working and committed individual who is keen to work for a global business?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Warehousing team at London Heathrow. As the Warehouse Agent you will primarily be working in our Air Cargo warehouse moving loads and freight whilst following all security and safety regulations. You will be working in a time sensitive environment, dealing with multiple customers and meeting deadlines.
- Starting salary from £28,828.54 per annum including shift allowance
- Shift pattern of 4, 4 off (Nights Only)
- Opportunities to earn overtime
Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:-
- To load and off-load freight from and onto vehicles.
- Place and retrieve freight in and from storage areas.
- Build cargo onto aircraft units to airline specifications.
- Complete documentation to record details and movement of freight, mail, and equipment.
- Complete necessary checks on Imports/Exports to ensure company and Customer requirements are being met.
- Build and break down pallets.
- Record and process cargo documents using handheld technology.
To be successful in this role you will need:-
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Hold a full driving license.
- Basic IT skills.
- Manual handling of heavy goods.
Please note that successful candidates will be subject to a background check including a criminal record check, 5 year employment history and a drug & alcohol test.
