Job Title: Warehouse and Transport Administrator

Position Overview:
The Warehouse and Transport Administrator will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of our Warehouse and Transportation activities. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Please note, this is a Monday to Friday role with hours between 8am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and other warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Deal with customer requests / orders / queries.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and other paperwork as required.
- Utilise computerised systems to track inventory, update databases, and generate reports.
- Manage and maintain Proof of Delivery process
- Liaise with sub-contractors daily with regards to shipments
- Manage the process of placing jobs on Haulage Exchange System
- Dealing customer enquiries and delivery requests
- Utilise computerised systems to track inventory, update databases, and generate reports

About You:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse/Transport administrator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
