Warehouse Coordinator

Bonded Warehouse Administrator 

Monday - Friday 40 hrs per week 

Salary : £21,000 - £23,000 DOE

Purpose of the role

Working as part of a small team to support the Bond Manager, ensuring transactions are dealt with and adhering to HMRC regulations. 

Responsibilities

1. Accurate recording of all intakes of goods into the Bonded Warehouse.

2. Preparation of appropriate documentation for all movements of stock within the Bonded Warehouse environment.

3. Preparation of HMRC compliant documentation for all outbound goods.

4. Preparation of monthly charge invoices for all Customers using the Bonded Warehouse facility.

5. Assisting the Bond Manager in ensuring system stocks and physical stocks are reconciled.

6. Working closely with Warehouse staff to resolve any stock issues.

7. Any Adhoc duties associated with the Bonded warehouse as and when necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience within a warehouse environment and logistics environment ( necessary )
