Job Description
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for;
- Oversee daily warehouse operations within the FMCG industry.
- Implement efficient warehouse processes and set operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate logistics and liaise with transport companies.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, promoting a positive working environment.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Manage budget and warehouse costs, aiming for financial efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Warehouse Manager role will have the following skills and experiences:
- A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background with exposure to FMCG, Retail OR Ecommerce
- A minimum of 5+ years Logistics management experience.
- Proven track record in identifying change and shaping operations within a friendly close knit team
- Able to work with an established team and have the desire to create change initiatives to create a great culture
- Have managed in excess of 40 People
- Experience of creating and Delivering KPI's along with working with a wide range of customer hitting SLA's
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Be results driven and commercially minded.
- Be within a REALISTIC commute to Llangadog
This candidate may have worked within a; Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, Operations Improvement Manager, Operations Manager, Site Manager or General Manager role previously.
What's on Offer
For the successful Warehouse Manager you will receive;
Salary - £50,000 - £65,000
