This long standing company are a market leading packaging manufacturer and supplier, with clients across ranging sectors including the Military, Oil Gas and Energy, Aerospace, Nuclear as well as Food and Beverage also. In this role you will be responsible for the general upkeep of quality through the review of blueprints, Upkeep of health and safety standards on the floor, the Co-ordination of work and employees on shift, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and also you will work closely with the Managing director on general practices and changes within the business.
This role is suited to a candidate that has managerial experience within a Warehouse or similar environment, looking for a varied role with training and development opportunities as well as a host of company benefits.
The Role
* Manage daily operations
* Co-Ordination of staff and jobs
* Upkeep of Health & Safety and quality standards
* Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 , Friday 08:00 - 16:00
The Person:
* Managerial experience
* Happy with a hands on role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Computer literate
* Driver's license
* Commutable to Tamworth
