Salary: £38,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Description:
Talent Guardian is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager for our client based in Farnborough. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within a busy warehouse environment.
• Manage and lead a small team, ensuring productivity and high performance.
• Prepare and manage export paperwork, including Certificates of Origin, ensuring compliance with current UK and international customs legislation and contract requirements.
• Utilise ERP systems for efficient warehouse management and record-keeping.
• Ensure company compliance with UK export controls and other relevant regulations.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards, managing customer expectations effectively.
• Coordinate shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Requirements:

• Ideally, possess management or senior-level experience in a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience in preparing export paperwork and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Forklift Truck (FLT) license.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
