Your Impact: As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing all warehouse processes, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring top-notch order fulfilment. Your responsibilities will include goods in, returns, stock management, order processing, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Implement robust warehouse processes for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the highest standards of Health and Safety within the warehouse.
- Take charge of stock management, including large stock takes and audits.
- Optimize order processing and dispatch management.
- Oversee goods in management, stock replenishment, and pick optimization.
- Efficiently offload deliveries and manage pallet stock levels.
- Collaborate with carriers, including daily collections.
- Identify training needs and process improvements for the team.
- Create and maintain pick locations to streamline operations.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained.
Key Performance Indicators:
- On-time order fulfillment.
- Inventory accuracy.
- Stock availability.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
