We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent, Warehouse Operatives to join us at our team in Swindon (SN5), supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.
We’re currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us on an ‘any 5 days out of 7’ pattern.
We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:
Freezer chamber
Rotating shift, covering the hours of 07:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:00- Fixed PM, covering the hours of 15:00 to 23:00
- Nights, covering the hours of 23:00 to 07:00

As a Warehouse Operative, there’s lots that we can offer you:
Freezer Chamber
- An hourly rate of £14.33 on rotating shift, that is basic salary of £29,796.00
- An hourly rate of £15.24 on fixed PM shift, that is basic salary of £31,69920
- An hourly rate of £16.61 on night shift, that is basic salary of £34,554.00
- Potential to earn OTE £40,000.00

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Our Warehouse Operatives work in the freezer chamber – this is a great way to learn all about our business and how we support the wider supply chain
- Receive, put-away, pick or load goods using a modern wireless warehouse system including a voice picking system as well as driving small LLOP trucks
- Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Good communication skills and be hardworking
- A willingness to learn new skills
- A positive attitude to working safely and as part of a team
