Warehouse Operative

DHL Marks & Spencer are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join their busy warehouse located in Welham Green, AL10 8XF

When you become part of the Warehouse Operative team at M&S you will responsible for Picking and packing Clothing & Home products which will be delivered to over 98 stores in the South East.

As a warehouse Operative you will...

• Lift up to 15kg and move products around the warehouse
• Work alongside voice-picking robots
• Be motivated, passionate, have an eye for detail and be good at following processes
• Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time and move products that may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and lifting

As a Warehouse Operative your working hours would be:

• Working any 5 days Sunday - Friday
• Days 6am-6pm £12.50 per hour (including 6-2/2-10 set shifts and rotationals)
• Days unsocial 6pm-10pm £13.35 per hour
• Overtime over 37.5 hours between £18.75-£20.50ph
