The role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. We're a leading engineering, support and services company, playing a vital role in various sectors. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain.

Day to day, responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming deliveries, verify goods against paperwork, and complete the inbound receiving process
• Utilise MHE (Material Handling Equipment) to assist in various warehouse tasks, ensuring proper storage and movement of goods
• Maintain stock integrity by checking Certificates of Conformity (CofC) and shelf life of products to ensure compliance and control throughout the process
• Accurately pick and pack orders for our customers, ensuring correctness, appropriate condition, and sufficient packaging for onward distribution
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment as part of your daily duties

This role is full time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm this role will be based at our Donnington site.

Essential experience of the Warehouse Operative:

• Valid MHE license
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Excel proficiency)
• Knowledge of warehousing and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
• Knowledge of warehouse (SAP) system (desirable)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
