Warehouse Operative - Goods In

Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 07:30 am - 16:30 pm
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Overview of the Role
This role is predominately based working outside within our yard space cleaning equipment using pressurised water in all types of weather in a tented enclosure. You will be responsible for receiving off hired equipment, maintaining the yard and working space (following good house-keeping principles is key), ensuring equipment is cleaned and ready for testing and meets the expected standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing/cleaning of off hired equipment
- Receiving off hired equipment
- Report missing items and/or damaged goods to relevant teams
- Manage the data entry of collections/damaged returns/missing items using our in-house software
- Manage and maintain the yard and working area
- Assist in various other processes within the warehouse when necessary
Skills & Experience
- General warehouse experience and skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to manage workload and working environment
- Ability to receive and respond to emails and use basic MS Office programs
- Fork truck experience and advantage but training will be provided if not
