Job description
Responsible for supporting the Warehouse Supervisors to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient daily management of the Lichfield Warehouse.
Key Duties and responsibilities
- Carry out all assigned tasks in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Proactively seek out new assignments on completion of current task.
- To immediately report any stock discrepancies and errors.
- To support, encourage and positively engage with all team members at all times.
- Participation in warehouse team meetings and planning groups as required.
- Ensure all daily goods-in activity is completed in an accurate and timely manner; effectively communicating any issues to reduce customer impact.

- Always work in an efficient and tidy manner to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Essential qualities and behaviours we’re looking for
- Good communicator who is able to positively engage with team members.
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Excellent motivation skills; able to identify and address staff issues and concerns.
- Positive ‘can do’ approach
- Must be able to lead by example and champion the values of the Company.

Desirable
- 2 years' experience in a similar warehouse role
- previous experience working with WMS
