Requirements:
* PPT Driver: Experience as a PPT driver on a stand-on (ride-on) truck in a fast-paced environment
* Warehouse Picker: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
As a PPT driver, you will:
* Loading and unloading pallets from trailers or storage areas using a powered pallet truck.
* Operating the PPT safely and efficiently, following health and safety guidelines.
* Storing received goods in designated locations within a warehouse or storage facility.
* Working in a fast-paced and busy environment, often in chilled or temperature-controlled settings.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
* Maintaining the PPT in good working condition and reporting any issues or malfunctions.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will:
* Receiving and inspecting deliveries of goods and supplies.
* Checking for damaged or missing items in received shipments.
* Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards].
* Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling techniques.
* Moving and storing products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
* Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
* Managing inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and replenishing shelves.
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
