AddressThe Sensient Flavors team are looking for a Counterbalance and reach Fork Lift Truck driver to support the Shift Support Leader in running a busy Warehouse department, making sure that all instructions and procedures are followed for the movement of flavor products in accordance with quality procedures, food hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices, SOPs and EHS Safety Standards.
What you'll do:
- Work cross functionally within the department and other areas of the business.
- Develop and enhance your own knowledge across the department
- Follow and maintain all current inspection systems, procedures & schedules to ensure that the highest standards of housekeeping, product quality and safety are maintained.
- Improve productivity and performance to maintain and increase our On Time in Full delivery.
- Be self- motivated to be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Continually support the shift support leaders.
- Demonstrating the correct behavior’s at all times to positively contribute to the overall warehouse team.
What you'll bring:
- Experience of working in the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Experience of working in a warehouse environment.
- Experience working with and knowledge of dangerous goods movement.
- Counterbalance and reach FLT licenses. (essential)
- Ability to work shifts.
