Description

As Warehouse Shift Manager you will report to the Senior Shift Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee warehouse operations

• Implement and uphold safety standards within the warehouse

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain inventory, ensuring accurate record keeping and efficient stocking

• Manage the timely dispatch of goods to the appropriate destinations

• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to enhance productivity

• Implement strategies to improve workflow and efficiency

• Comply with all FMCG industry regulations and standards

Profile

The successful Warehouse Shift Manager candidate based in Dartford will come with the following skillset:

• Strong people manager - emphasis on people development and engagement
• Key stakeholder management experience
• Experience within an automated environment is a nice to have
• Happy to work across a night shift

Job Offer

• Basic salary - £45k-£50k
