Description

As their Warehouse Shift Manager, the tasks and responsibilities are

• Oversee daily operations within the warehouse environment.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Manage shift schedules to maximise productivity.
• Coordinate with other department managers for efficient workflow.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency.
• Handle logistics-related queries and complaints.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
