You wont be working in a 'typical warehouse environment' here.
This is a role where you'll join an established but growing team in a business which branches across the world, supplying its customers with the highest quality products and best in class service.
The business have a genuine commitment and personable approach to leadership and development of you and the wider team, and will expect that you do the same in the guidance of your own team.
You'll work 4 days a week between Monday & Friday and 8am - 6pm.
What you'll do
- Take leadership of a team of 20, increasing to c60 during peak times.
- Ensure exceptional standards across your area, with a focus on the health, safety & wellbeing of your team.
- Lead your team through engagement, coaching and mentorship.
- Develop your team, identifying areas of continuous improvement and supporting those with an ability to progress.
- Lead and implement training across your area.
