Warehouse Technician

Clearsound Productions is seeking a dedicated and skilled WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN to join our team. As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operations of our technical event hire company. You’ll be
responsible for handling inventory, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely deliveries to make every event a resounding success.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming audiovisual equipment and materials for events.
• Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy accessibility.
• Prepare event equipment, including audio, lighting and video systems, and staging equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading of event equipment.
• Collaborate with the technical event team to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with the procurement team for restocking.
• Comply with safety guidelines and protocols while handling event equipment and materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on event equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or technical event production is preferred.
• Knowledge of audiovisual equipment used in technical event hire is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods during
event setups.
