Warehouse/Distribution Assistant

We are recruiting for Warehouse/Distribution Assistants to work for our client in the Kendal area up until January 2025, possibly longer. This is a varied role, where no two days are the same! It's a great opportunity to experience working in all areas of a busy warehouse and be a part of their dynamic team.

• Unloading containers
• Store picking
• Store shipping
• House Keeping

You must be willing to learn how to operate a fork lift truck. Full training will be given.

We are looking for candidates who thrive in a physically demanding job, while also being capable of handling lighter tasks. Basic English comprehension and the ability to follow instructions are essential. A team player mindset is also important as you will be working collaboratively with our client's dedicated team.

In this position, you will be on your feet a lot, collecting orders and ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse. A 4-week rota pattern will be in place, providing you with a structured work schedule.
