My client, a leading dealership in the Sales and Customer Support of Construction, Industrial, and Recycling & Waste Machinery products, is seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join their team at the Leicester Depot.
As a Warranty Administrator, you'll play a vital role in managing depot warranty claims effectively and efficiently, ensuring maximum claim success while meeting monthly financial targets. Your responsibilities will include building strong customer relationships, verifying parts and labour times, submitting warranty claims, and providing essential information to the warranty department. Drawing on your proven track record in parts/service sales within the Construction or similar industry, you'll excel in commercial awareness, attention to detail, and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel is essential, with experience in ADP/Kerridge Systems and RTC Workshop Management Systems being highly desirable.
