As a Vehicle Warranty Claims Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, productivity, SLAs, and claims spending.
- Monitor team productivity
- Resolve claims within defined limits across multiple platforms.
- Act as the primary contact for queries from the UK team
- Conduct performance reviews for team members.
- Implement new training processes
- Conduct weekly audits, and provide feedback to Claims Analysis and People.
- Address complaints related to claims following the company's complaints process.
