Water Treatment Sales Manager

The Role:

As a National Sales - Commercial Specialist, you will:

• Implement and manage the sales strategy for commercial and industrial products.
• Oversee quotes exceeding £10k and manage nominated accounts and allocated projects.
• Support, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate marketing activities, including shows and exhibitions.
• Maintain and develop key accounts through regular site visits.
• Identify new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure all quotations are followed up and converted into orders.

The Candidate:

The ideal National Sales - Commercial Specialist will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience or Water Treatment Sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the Water Treatment industry.
• Strong sales and achievement orientation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Sage and Microsoft packages.
