Must be fluent in both French and English.

A market-leading global organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Web Developer to join its Global Marketing and Communication team. Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, the successful candidate will design and build websites, creating content for technical features and monitoring the interface.

This Remote Working position would suit someone who has worked in a similar role for at least 3 years, fluent in both English and French and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluent in French and English
• A degree in Web Development or related field, or relevant experience
• Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, CMS, (WORDPRESS, SAP, MAGENTO, PRESTASHOP)
• Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically MySQL
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills

Duties and responsibilities

• Innovate and support the operations of the products in conjunction with Customer, Sales and Marketing Objectives
• Writing efficient code
• Creating websites using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Alert Management in the event of a major IT incident
• Working closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website.
• Research creative solutions to meet challenges of delivering technology.
• Building, designing and maintaining websites and software applications.
• Provide advice and expertise in the field of E-Marketing
• Ensure the proper functioning and updating of the current and future company’s Web infrastructure.
• Promote traffic and visibility through solicitation actions (E-mailing, Buzz, etc)
• Deliver, deploy, and maintain the brands digital communication tools in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
• UK and European Travel
