QBIC Hunter Services is seeking a proficient Web Developer to join our digital team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in amplifying our online presence. From developing to maintaining, from listing products to optimising search rankings, the responsibilities span across ensuring an impeccable online customer journey. Your expertise will also be vital in spearheading our digital marketing initiatives and swiftly addressing any technical issues that might arise on our website.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain our company website to ensure smooth navigation and user-friendly experience.
• Update the website with new products, services, and relevant content.
• Implement SEO best practices to optimise search rankings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Continually evaluate and implement new technologies to maximise the site's performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor website traffic, analyse user behaviour, and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Ensure the website is optimised for mobile devices and cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain website security and ensure that all backups are performed regularly.
• Coordinate with external agencies or partners when necessary.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of professional web development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile optimisation.
