The Web Content Writer will be responsible for the management and improvement of French and English-language content on the company's many customer-facing websites, ensuring clear, customer-friendly messaging on processes and business services, in line with client requirements and overall business objectives.
Website Content Editor (French & English) - Fully Remote (England Based)
Requirements
Oversee the end-to-end content production process, planning and creating new content, as well as reviewing and improving existing content.
- Lead and coordinate web content updates for global projects in French and English
- Review all French and English-language content requests submitted via the web ticketing system (Jira)
- Conduct proactive content reviews in French and English, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting enhancements
- Work closely with the wider Communications & Marketing team to draft and review English-language content for internal communications
- Develop clear and informative content in both English and French for external purposes, including static content and news articles for the corporate website.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English - Native-level French and English-writing skills
- Experience required in web content writing, or as a marketing & communications generalist
- Experience of writing for different target audiences and content formats
- Good Project management Skillset, multitasking ability
- SEO knowledge desirable
- Experience in large complex organisations with multiple global locations/websites.
