Data Entry And Website Content Administrator

Lady Sew and Sew is seeking a Data Entry and Website Content Administrator, based in Henley-on-Thames on a temporary contract basis to cover sick leave.

As a market leader in fabric, patchwork and quilting and needlecraft retail, we are expanding our already successful e-commerce business, which operates alongside our fabric warehouse and shop. This is a great opportunity to play a major role in our ecommerce growth, working in our warehouse/offices alongside the rest of the team to promote the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing and editing Website Content to present products and services accurately and with commercial appeal.
• Uploading new products to our established WooCommerce platform.
• Updating existing listings to reflect price changes, availability, offers, etc.
• Monitoring and optimising website performance via SEO tools and enhancements.
• Liaising with the team to develop sales through promotions etc.

Requirements:

• Good computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office applications and photo editing software.
• Experience of Woo-commerce or similar platforms a distinct advantage.
• A keen eye for visual appeal and close attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to work to tight schedules and manage their workload.
• An interest in needlecrafts would be a definite advantage, but isn’t essential.
