SalaryWe are searching for an interim Website Manager / Website Project Manager / Digital Project Manager. *This is a maternity cover contract role* working with an influential organisation serving the creative arts industry. They are championing equitable treatment and representation of individuals working in creative arts.
With over 30,000 members in the UK and growing, they continue to represent the interests of individuals within the industry.
This is a hybrid role working in their central London office 1 day per week.
The Website Manager / Website Project Manager / Digital Project Manager will:
* Oversee the website, managing the day-to-day technical matters, ensuring it runs seamlessly and allowing for web access
* Manage the content of the website and its administrative functions
* Develop the digital communication tools to ensure effective communication with the target audience
* Oversee the application of digital tools, processes and procedure to support online communications
* Take ownership of the performance & design of the digital communications, in order to build up and retain memberships with the business
* Assist with digital project management, e.g. Implementation of new features
* Oversee and monitor the work of external professionals, e.g. software engineers, digital agencies, designer, IT professionals
* Oversee digital design projects
* Monitor web analytics, included feedback of members
The Website Manager / Website Project Manager / Digital Project Manager should have:
* Strong project management experience, overseeing and managing a consumer-facing website, ensuring its smooth running
* Experience within a membership organisation, having worked on increasing & maintaining membership is very relevant
* Strong organisational skills and project coordination abilities
* Good interpersonal skills and empathy
* An ability to translate the technical requirements/needs to the business needs
