```Duties``` As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings and related events. Your attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will ensure that each wedding is a memorable and seamless experience for the couple and their guests. Your duties will include: - Meeting with clients to discuss their wedding vision, preferences, and budget - Assisting clients in selecting venues, vendors, and other wedding-related services - Creating detailed timelines and schedules for each event - Managing all logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and rentals - Overseeing the setup and breakdown of ceremony and reception spaces - Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services - Managing guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements - Providing on-site coordination during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly - Handling any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise ```Requirements``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role - Strong upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Exceptional hospitality and guest services skills - Knowledge of the restaurant and hotel industry is a plus - Experience in fundraising or event planning is beneficial - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members - Outstanding time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously If you have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and have the skills required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
