Brook Street Social Care is offering a new exciting and rewarding role within the Refugee Resettlement accommodation in Kingswood.The role is a first point of contact for Hub community enquiries, registration, and administration, coordinating bookings and providing a welcoming experience. You will carry out contract data processing and administration in line with agreed KPI's.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Build positive and effective working relationships and agreements with relevant external agencies and facilitators, volunteers, mentors Team.Prepare and deliver regular management information and presentations for SGC, the Southwest Strategic Migration Partnership and others to promote the work locally, regionally, and nationally.Work always within the Health & Safety and Environmental Health legislation and within safety guidelines established for the project, managing day-to-day operations of the hubs.ABOUT YOU:
You have experience within Complex Needs, Refugees or Vulnerable Adults.You are PROACTIVE, PASSIONATE, DRIVEN and ORGANISED.You fully embrace the motivation and passion to advocate for individuals who have experienced homelessness /social exclusion.WHAT'S FOR YOU:
