Full timeThis is an exciting role in our award winning purpose-built Wedding and Events barn
Part of the Vineyard Group, the Post Barn opened in July 2021 and has gone from strength to strength in just two year. Reporting to the Wedding and Events Manager, you will be one of the main contacts for all new wedding and event enquiries. You will be responsible for converting enquires into bookings, creating memorable experiences for all of your clients and ensuring the highest standards of operation at all events through exceptional customer service, supplier liaison and collaborative working.Key Responsibilities and DutiesManaging incoming calls and carrying out show rounds for prospective bookingsFollowing up on all enquiries and show rounds and ultimately converting enquiries into bookingsProactively researching and analysing competitor information, local press leads and exploring all new opportunities to create sales activity in order to grow the wedding and events businessHosting FAM trips, attending wedding fairs or any other events to promote the Barn, the Hotel and the GroupEnsuring that upon booking relevant contracts are completed and a ...
