Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a part-time weekend opportunity? We're hiring a Weekend Receptionist to join our dynamic team!
Hours - Saturday 9am till 6pm and Sunday 9am till 5pm
11 - 12 an hour depending on experience
Outskirts of Chelmsford
Temporary ongoing role!
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Greeting and assisting visitors
Handling emails and correspondence
Basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Availability on weekends
Be able to navigate all MS packages
Experience working on a reception desk
Experience of working for a corporate organisation an advantage
