Join our team at Haverhill Secondary School and become the first point of contact in an environment dedicated to nurturing the future generation. We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to fill the role of Receptionist.
Position: School Receptionist
Location: Haverhill Secondary School
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
Term: Term time only
Initial Contract: 4 weeks (temporary)
Permanent Opportunity: For the right candidate following initial term
Temporary Pay: £13 per hour
Permanent Salary: £18,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors with a warm demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
- Maintain front desk security and visitor logs.
- Assist in administrative tasks and support school events as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
