Our client is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join their team and be the first point of contact for their customers. Responsibilities:
Provide general reception duties, including welcoming and assisting visitors.Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers' needs are met and exceeded.Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments within the organisation.Maintain a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the organisation.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.Well Presented
Dress code: Navy trousers, white round neck top, white pumps.
