Waterfield's is a well-established Northwest based family-owned quality baker with 36 shops across the North West, we believe that all members of staff have a valuable contribution to make to our business. Could you be the right person to join our Weekend Retail team, this position will be based in our Crosby Shop 151 College Rd, Crosby, Liverpool L23 3AS.
As a Waterfield's Weekend Retail Assistant you are expected to work as part of the team, to maximise sales through effective stock merchandising and providing exceptional customer service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales
- Delivery of exceptional customer service
- To ensure compliance with health & safety and health & safety legislation
- 10 hours per week over 2 days, working Saturday and Sunday.
- Additional hours will be available to help cover any staff sickness and during holiday seasons
- Sandwich production and baking of Savoury goods
- Staff uniform provided.
