- Handling incoming river and ocean cruise travel enquiries across the globe.
- Involvement with arranging other cruise types.
- Booking travel extras including flights, hotels, airport lounges.
- Handling customers from start to finish.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Participating in cruise ship visits to enhance knowledge.
