Location: Portsmouth
Salary: GBP23.3k - GBP27.3k per annum (Dependent on skills & qualifications) plus 70% shift allowance
Working Hours: Part Time (Wednesday 18:00-23:00, Friday 19:30-01:00, Saturday 19:30 - 01:00, Monday 19:30-01:00)

What will you be doing day to day?
Monitoring hours worked by operational colleagues and supporting with facilitating any on day welfare requirements that they may require.Making calls to field operativesUndertaking escalation calls to operational managersMaintaining accurate records of actions undertakenOther general admin activities
What you'll need
To work as part of the team dealing with particular areas allocated from Scotland and South England.
Good telephone manner showing empathy when neededListening skillsExcellent communication skills, being able to communicate politely with employees and managersA neat and accurate worker, who is computer literateCompetent in Microsoft software packages such as Word, Excel, Lists and Teams
