Well-Being and Activities Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Well-being and Activity Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative support team, focusing on the Avery collection homes, predominantly based in London and Surrey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Well-being and Activity Specialist will be to support the homes to organise, plan, and deliver activities to a high standard, enhancing the well-being of our residents.

Other responsibilities include:

• Provide training to well-being and activity coordinators across the Avery Collection Homes.
• Contribute towards the development of Avery’s Well-being & Activity Strategy.
• Support the development and implementation of well-being initiatives, quality activity resources, to improve our resident’s overall lived experience.
• Promote and support community links, volunteering and quality content posted to Avery social media channels.
• Conduct audits and support visits to all locations within Avery Collection Homes.

To be successful in your application, you must:

• In-depth knowledge and experience in organising and delivering activities to a high standard. 
• Knowledge and experience of providing a premium experience within a luxury brand. 
• Passionate and enthusiastic about enhancing the well-being of residents.
• Ability to complete audits and support visits efficiently.
• Strong communication, literacy and IT skills.
• Experience of delivering training.
