Wholesale Admin Assistant

We are looking for an intern to assist our fast-expanding business. You will be a Wholesale Administrator and assistant to the sales manager/executive. You will discover the whole cycle of sales campaigns through a small and dynamic wholesale agency. You will work directly with the founders and the international sales manager of our very fast-expanding business. You will learn a lot and fast. This is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in wholesale and fashion. The Alphabet is expanding very fast and the right candidate could be hired into a full-time position post internship. Main duties: Dealing with day-to-day back office tasks Following up and processing wholesale orders through our system software Creating spreadsheets by entering the relevant data and uploading it onto Zedonk software system. Logistics administration - assisting with shipping paperwork and Paris showroom deliveries Creating and expanding our social media presence Help compile data and reports to designers Maintaining financial records and helping with expenses claims Reading/sending emails to clients and answering the phone
