Job description
The post will require a person who is highly motivated, has a high level of initiative and is methodical and organised in their work. The person appointed will be capable of leading a team and have ability to co-ordinate and plan ahead. Good communication skills, both oral and written will be required in dealing with Trust staff at all levels, other organisations and agencies, and with patients/clients and the general public. The successful candidate will develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels to ensure effective team work and to achieve organisational objectives..
