Objetif of the position:
Main objective consists in support and ensure the proper operation of end to end operations for WINTEL infrastructure components within AXA GO ecosystems, in addition to also ensuring service is delivered with the highest quality and functionalities providing support, Maintenance, and specific monitoring to AXA GO Mexico Infrastructure layout. by ensuring all service stability at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Builds, sets up and configures infrastructure or services related to operating systems (Windows, SQL, Oracle) by using preset patterns in Azure
- Automates and connects the internal systems with business
- Manages Active Directories (AD), DNS (VitalQIP or others), Policies and groups, patching activities and hardening (Security Operational improvement measures)
- Designs, develops, automates and deploys monitoring initiatives and alternatives to support multiple platforms
- Implements Backups configurations
- Executes all recommended operational improvements
- Develops Capacity reports for further analysis in addition to secure infrastructure optimal performance (including costs and operational improvements)
- Actively participates in Change, incident & problem management
- Participates in team coordination meetings and provides suggestions for improvemnet
- Designs internal trainings to ensure knowledge managemnt is acurratley supported
- Actively participates in internal and external IT projects from new technologies such as security programs, cloud integration among others
- Responisble for ensuring operational stability from windows based platforms and complementary IT items

- Responisble to provide overal health status of windows platforms during start of day monitoring calls.
Your Profile
Profile:
English Bases
4-6 years of experience Operating Systems Windows Server, Active Directory
Certifications (Optional): WINDOWS Server MCSA, ITIL and/or COBIT.
Technical Skills
- Back office applications (Advanced)
- Operating Systems Windows Server
- Active Directory, Exchange, System Center
- Power Shell scripting.
- Storage arrays (SAN, NAS)
- Enterprise Storage
- Basic CLOUD computing (PaaS, IaaS)
