TSR are currently working with a leading Nationwide Contractor that specialise in the renewable, heating, and insulation sectors and are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer for a new contract they have recently been awarded in the Northumberland area.
Responsibilities for the role are:
• Be responsible for Works Scheduling / Planning, monitoring workforce and sub-contractors to ensure that they comply with relevant specifications whilst delivering on or before works order target dates.
• All administrative work, dealing with invoicing issues and certifications when required
• Liaison with the client and tenants, dealing with complaints
• To ensure all works orders received are scheduled immediately upon receipt and thereafter completed within target timescales leading to delivery of contractual key performance indicators.
• To ensure that all jobs are appointed at first contact and thereafter monitor systems to ensure appointments made are kept by the workforce and report appointment failings immediately to the supervisor.
• Liaising with supervisors and tenants
• Planning workloads for Operative
• Booking repairs with via phone/emails
They are ideally looking for a candidate with similar experience but would consider someone who has worked in a customer service environment in a construction/social housing company.
