This role offers a hybrid work model. While spending at least two days a week at our modern city centre office - with breathtaking views of the cathedral, river, and green spaces - you'll also have the flexibility to balance work and personal responsibilities.

Your Workforce Development skills, particularly in organisations with challenging-to-fill positions, gives you the confidence to supply creative solutions to the myriad of people development challenges within a busy organisation.
Your ability in workforce planning allows you to adeptly lead regular benchmarking exercises and employment market research. You thrive on sharing best practices to inform strategies, decision-making processes, and to uphold PCC's competitiveness as an employer.
Driven by insights, you excel in designing automated systems and implementing metrics to gauge the success of your initiatives, even those executed by third-party contractors. You use this data to find strengths, areas for improvement, resource needs, and opportunities.
Your grasp of the impact of People employment actions, coupled with experience in inclusive practices, enables you to craft strategies that attract, retain, and reward individuals, including those from underrepresented groups.
As a natural coach and a strong leader, you adeptly guide high-performing teams by setting achievable goals and ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
