APPLY NOW!! Basic Salary: £30k OTE: £40k Location: Leicester Job Duties Include: - To manage the process of optimising workshop resources to meet agreed departmental budgets
- Monitor individual training and development needs
- Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards
- To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department
- Ensure understanding and adherence to the requirements of brand service requirements and customer satisfaction indicator
Requirements: - Experience within a Workshop Controller role is advantageous
- Strong overall motor trade knowledge is a must for this role
- Proven record of being a team player
- Experience within a main dealership
