SalaryOur client is a well established main dealer, and is looking for a workshop control to lead 12 plus technicians in providing a first class service to all customers.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Drive performance of the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, sold hours and first time fix
- Coordinate / manage flow of work
- Support and develop staff
- Ensure high standards are being achieved
Previous experience of working in a main dealer, in a similar supervision or management role
