The successful candidate with be provided with full and comprehensive training

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Construction of models and prototypes using a variety of materials and skills
• Manufacture of assembly and production jigs
• Assist with the construction and assembly of exhibition display stands
• Provision of technical support to internal company departments
• Sub assembly work on various products using hand tools
• Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment
• General building repairs and maintenance

About you:

• Engineering qualification or similar practical background
• Hands on, practically minded and pro-active
• Creative, problem-solving skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Good communication, numerical and literacy skills
• Basic knowledge of IT
• The ability to accurately process sub-assembly documentation including technical drawings
• Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team
• Good understanding of Health and Safety
