As Workshop Supervisor, you will lead a talented team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring our high standards are maintained. This role is perfect for an experienced technician looking to take the next step in their career!

Responsibilities
- Manage and support our technical team
- Uphold and enhance service quality
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement in workshop processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive technician
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused approach
Salary and Benefits
- Up to GBP40k
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm
- 1in2 Saturday mornings currently required
- 22 days holiday + BH
