Summary
To work as a skilled turner or miller within the workshop facility manufacturing and repairing component parts for rotating equipment including compressors, pumps, turbines etc.
General Duties
- Operate conventional manual lathes or milling machines.
- Experience with XYZ Protrak advantage but not essential
- Carry out manufacturing to work instructions, detailed engineering drawings / specifications.
- Expected to work to close tolerances and demonstrate a high standard of workmanship at all times.
- Liaise with inspection and engineering personnel.
- Comply to Company Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Ensure machine in kept clean and maintained.

o Monday to Thursday 07.45 - 16.15
o Friday 07.45 - 12.45
o Overtime available at time and a half.
- Hourly Rate : £16.66 per hour
