Workspace Manager

Workspace Manager- London- £48K+Bounus.

Intro
To organise and lead multiple service providers in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass, the client, and all other contractors. To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of a team of Duty Managers and Workplace services Ambassador on the London Campus.

Main Responsibilities

* Manage client/ partner relationships and enhance customer service at every opportunity.
* Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders of workplace services including but not limited to Mitie/Real estate/EA Community, Operations Team etc.
* Ensure all buildings on the Campus complete the relevant Space and Utilisation to the highest level of standard.
* Actively tracks all P1 and P2 (urgent/important) outstanding jobs and challenges the business for the quickest possible resolution.
* Ensure all health and safety concerns are Highlight and escalate to ensure concern is resolved or mitigated.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven people management skills
* Proven relevant management experience of customer/client services delivery
* Self-awareness of communication styles and the ability to communicate at all levels
* Results orientation and a track record of improvement
* Proven experience in managing successful teams
* Multi-site operational experience in a similar role
* Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
* Corporate Guest Services, five-star hotel or similar background
* Ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
* IT and computer literate
* Self motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
* First line HSE qualifications to include risk assessment skills
* Understanding of meeting room booking software systems and how this technology can be used to benefit efficiency, reporting and auditing
