Milk Education are working closely with a primary school in Atherton (M46) who are seeking a creative and passionate Year 1 Teacher. This temporary Year 1 Teacher role is covering a maternity cover and will commence Monday 26th February and will continue until Friday 19th July 2024.
As the Year 1 Teacher you will be responsible for teaching a class of 30 children and you will have the support of a full-time TA working alongside you. There will also be another TA in the classroom who works one to one with a child who has an EHCP.

Role requirements:
* Previous KS1 teaching experience
* Previous Phonics experience
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS
* Taught in a UK Primary School or British International School in the last two years
* Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
