Job Title: Year 3 Teacher - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Oval, SE London

Start Date: September 2024

TeacherActive is collaborating with a reputable Catholic school located in Oval, SE London, in their search for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds within a supportive educational environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Year 3 curriculum.

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages academic growth and personal development.

- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure effective communication and student support.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

- Enhanced DBS certification is mandatory.

- Proven experience or strong understanding of teaching Year 3 students.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

- Commitment to upholding the ethos and values of a Catholic school environment.
